Sitting on a corner lot, this three-storey house embraces its surroundings; adding depth and character through inspiration from its surroundings. Creating an extension of the landscape, viewing potentials from within were maximized with patios and roof decks that expressed a seamless transition from the inside out. The roof deck, arguably its crowning glory, is a flexible element that serves to support the family as a centralized space through communal gatherings and private functions. A model of modern urban life, Camia illustrates the duality of human living; designing a transient space between the commute of a hectic daily life and the serenity of nature.
