THE PERCH

​Unlike the typical home, The Perch's living spaces, entertainment spaces and bedrooms are all found at the topmost level of the home. Sitting just above the treeline, users at the topmost level have a much more personal connection with nature as the bedrooms directly open up to the lush scenery surrounding the home. To access the third floor, one would have to journey through a singular flight of stairs that greeted them at the approach.
